Dan Goossen on Molina Jr.’s Road to Redemption

Get the Flash Player to see this player. The agony of defeat is always tough to recover from. However, how one bounces back is what separates the winners from the losers. Dan Goossen (President of Goossen & Tutor) expresses his true thoughts on John Molina Jr.’s last defeat and the remedy to his potential success. For more information go to GoossenTutor.com!I personally like this piece because Dan Goossen doesn’t pull any punches. Despite being the promoter for Molina Jr., Dan gives nothing but the truth, “a win is a win, and a loss is a loss”.

Three cameras used on this shoot with natural lighting. I am really impressed with the performance of the T2i considering I am wet behind the ears with SLR cameras.

Rampage Post UFC 114

Get the Flash Player to see this player. May 29th, 2010 – A sold out MGM Grand Arena is filled with UFC fans including celebrities, Snoop Dogg, David Spade, and Reggie Bush ( just to name a few). They came to see one of the most anticipated fights of 2010, Quinton “Rampage” Jackson vs. “Sugar” Rashad Evans. Both fighters have a bitter history together stemming back to a face-to-face confrontation at UFC 96. After a year of delays and setbacks, the fighters are ready to go. The fighters grind it out for three rounds, Rashad Evans has his hand raised. The victory wasn’t the prettiest, but Rashad did everything needed to get the victory. A disappointed Rampage talks exclusively about his fight with fighter/reporter Rodney Hunt.

Rampage vs. Rodney

Get the Flash Player to see this player. My friend Rodney Hunt is scheduled to fight in King of the Cage late spring/early summer. For those who didn’t know, Rodney rolls deep with elite fighters such as, Kimbo Slice, James Toney, and Fedor Emelianenko (just to name a few). But when it comes down to it, Quinton “Rampage” Jackson is the closest of them all. If you asked Rampage about Rodney (or vice versa), he would respond, “that’s my dawg (good friend)”. However, if you asked Rampage about fighting Rodney, here’s what he would have to say…Video NOT shot by Reed Nakagawa.

Los Angeles Lakers – Behind The Scenes

Get the Flash Player to see this player. Have you ever watched the Los Angeles Lakers play at the Staples Center? Have you checked the Lakers play from the lower section seats? Have you ever been credentialed to a Lakers game? If you answered “yes” to any of these questions, you know it is an experience never forgotten. The ambience from the crowd, players, and Staples Center make an atmosphere that is extraordinarily special. This is the epitome of basketball. Here is a small glimpse from the media world, covering the Los Angeles Lakers.

Would You Date Isaac?

Get the Flash Player to see this player. Isaac L. is a hard worker, having graduated from a prestigious university that carries the “fight on” tradition, Isaac feels it’s his fiduciary duty to work hard and never have fun. Isaac works so hard that he has no time to date or socialize with people outside of his occupation. Fortunately, Isaac has friends like Rodney Hunt to help him with his little problem. Watch Rodney as he puts in work for his friend, asking the “cream of the crop” Tecate girls if they would consider dating Isaac. Keep in mind that these girls are accustomed to being “hit on”, so a “yes” from one of them would be money!

Rampage – “I’m From The South”

Get the Flash Player to see this player. Las Vegas, NV for UFC 86. After much hype from the reality show “The Ultimate Fighter”, Quinton “Rampage” Jackson and Forrest Griffin are ready to go toe to toe to determine the Light Heavyweight Champion of the UFC. Round 1 goes to Rampage for landing an uppercut that drops the former Ultimate Fighter to the canvas. Round 2 goes to Forrest for landing several leg kicks to the legs of Rampage causing him to fight with a limp. The next three rounds are “up in the air” for the judges to decide. And the judges unanimously picked Forrest Griffin as the new Light Heavyweight Champ. A disappointed Jackson knows he didn’t put on a good “Rampage” performance, but he also knows it was a closer fight than what the judges scored. Rodney Hunt interviews a frustrated yet humbled Quinton Jackson about his loss.

This video also caused quite a stir on the Internet (see Forrest’s interview). “I’m from the South” said by Quinton…was taken into racial context by Sherdoggers (sherdog forum). However to me, I believe Rampage was relating to the adversity he had to deal with while growing up in Memphis.

Forrest – “Don’t Ruin My Moment”

Get the Flash Player to see this player. Las Vegas, NV for UFC 86. Quinton “Rampage” Jackson sets out to defend his Light Heavyweight title against Forrest Griffin. The two fighters go the distance for a hard fought and nasty battle. Rampage lands several hurtful combos and Forrest delivers swift low kicks. Half the crowd cheers for Rampage and the other half for Forrest. The judges give Forrest a “unanimous” victory making him the new UFC champ. The crowd boos, but the fight is over. When it’s time to conduct interviews, Rodney Hunt questions Forrest’s victory and it leads to….uhhh…the Sherdog forums. Thousands of angry Sherdoggers express their opinion in regards to the interview leading to several thousands of hits on Youtube. Thanks?

XL Middleton Interview

Get the Flash Player to see this player. Interview conducted in 2007 with Asian American rapper/producer “XL Middleton”. Based out of Pasadena, California; XL Middleton stays grounded to his west coast roots by producing music with heavy bass lines, smooth synths, and funky keys. Heavily influenced by music in the 80’s and 90’s, XL regards his style as “G-Funk without the G”. Because of his “Extra Large” appearance and calm demeanor, XL Middleton doesn’t look like your typical rapper. However, this is what makes XL unique as an emcee, his lyrics don’t brag about money nor do they talk about guns or killing; they simply speak the truth. XL raps about his financial struggles, political views, and house parties. Simply put, XL Middleton is the real deal, make sure you follow his website… http://www.xlmiddleton.com
